ABSTRACT FLORAL PAINTING WORKSHOPS
An exciting opportunity to learn and apply the skills that that I've developed over my career as a professional artist, using an impasto technique, to creature beautiful textured floral pieces. In addition to building up layers of acrylics, metallic highlights are infused, creating a unique texture, which has become a synonymous feature of my floral paintings.
About the Workshop
It will be an intimate class with a maximum of 5 students, run from the comfort of my own studio, allowing each person lots of attention and one to one tuition throughout the course of the day.
I shall be demonstrating and showing you how to apply the techniques that I use, to create a floral piece of your own. We will be working with acrylics and mixed media on board.
Some of my floral pieces will be available for you to use as inspiration or you can simply create your own composition, it's up to you!
No previous painting experience is required, it's suitable for all levels and capabilities. You don't need to be able to draw, it's all about making shapes and colours and letting your creative juices run. It will be fun and interesting, and hopefully will give you the tools to be more confident in your creativity.

Cost:
£120 for one day workshop, from 10-4pm, including all materials. Coffee/tea/refreshments provided.

Full payment is due on acknowledgement of receipt of booking, via BACS.
An early bird discount of 10% will be applied if booking made by 17 December 2023.
A full refund will be issued for cancellations provided it's more than 14 days in advance of workshop date, otherwise an alternative date may be booked instead.
